Gonad and lens doses to the patient and examiner during angiography of the lower half of the body, using metaphosphate glass dosimeters (renal angiography, arteriography of the pelvis and extremities)

In arteriographies of the abdomen (renovasograms and pelvic angiograms) and the lower extremity, the gonadal doses for the patient and the examiner, as well as the lens exposures for the examiner, were determined. The following average gonadal exposures were found for the patients:

Bei Arteriographien des Abdomens (Renovasogramme und Beckenangiogramme) und der unteren Extremität wurden die Gonadendosen des Patienten und des Untersuchers sowie die Linsenexpositionen des Unter Suchers ermittelt. Hierbei ergaben sich für die Patienten folgende mittlere Gonadenbelastungen:
