Non-destructive study on microplasticity of metallic materials by neutron double Bragg reflection at small scattering angle
Description
Slips in a slightly deformed crystal are non-destructively measured as a function of the orientation using neutron double Bragg reflection-SANS-TOF method. In situ measurements for a single crystal of Pb verify the slips. A double Bragg reflection intensity formula predicts them fairly. (orig.)
