Dynamics of liquid metal fast breeder reactor systems using the DARE simulation language

Description

Digital simulators for liquid metal fast breeder reactor (LMFBR) systems have been constructed, using the DARE (Differential Analyzer Replacement) continuous-system simulation language. The purpose is to study the dynamic behavior and operational safety of complete LMFBR systems during realistically anticipated transients. The simulators, named BRENDA (Breeder Reactor Nuclear Dynamic Analysis), are maintained as input files for the DARE program. 10 refs
