Description
The influence is investigated of isotope effects upon the diffraction of light by surface acoustic waves in the case of deuterized ammonium dihydrogen arsenate crystals. Theoretical computations of the coefficients of diffraction efficiency for the geometries of interaction (ZX), (ZX 450), (XY), (XZ) and two states of light polarization make possible to interprete the experimentally observed effects.
