The dynamics of HF radio emission in the Araks experiments

Description
The data on HF radio emission measured on the ground in the Araks experiments during the electron beam injections from the rocket into the ionosphere have been analyzed. A detailed investigation has been made of the emission dynamics and dependence on the height and pitch-angle of injection. The comparison of experimental results with the model of beam-plasma discharge in the rocket environment has shown a good agreement
