Mass measurement of secondary ions of A=100 in the vicinity of 100Sn using the second cyclotron of GANIL

Description
Preliminarily results on A=100 secondary ion beams in the vicinity of 100Sn obtained at the second cyclotron at GANIL (CSS2) are presented. The A=100 radioactive nuclei were produced using the fusion evaporation reaction 50Cr+58Ni. The 100Ag22+, 100Cd22+ and the 100In22+ ions were accelerated simultaneously, and their mass were determined with a precision of 10-6. (K.A.) 17 refs.; 4 figs.; 1 tab
