Some peculiarities in temperature and thickness dependences of electric conductivity of LiBiTe2 amorphous films

Description
Amorphous films of LiBiTe2 semiconducting ternary compounds are produced by descrete deposition method. Electrophysical properties of the films are studied in a wide temperature range. Conductivity dependence on thickness is explained by the hopping mechanism of charge transport and by amorphous film structural transformation (polyamorphism)
