The paper analyses three circuits of charged particle acceleration based on laser field concentration using 3D potential HF wells which localize the plasmoids. Acceleration rates are estimated for all proposed methods of acceleration. The problems of the dynamics of charged particle interactions in HF wells are discussed. 9 refs
