Influence of growth temperature on adhesion of aligned carbon nanotubes

Description
Investigations are made of the effect of temperature of aligned carbon nanotubes on the adhesion force. It was found that an increase in temperature leads to the appearance of CNT grown on a titanium substrate, and CNT, growing on a titanium nitride substrate. These dependences are associated with a change in the diameter of the CNTs and the structure of the array

Проведены исследования влияния температуры роста вертикально ориентированных углеродных нанотрубок на силу адгезии. Установлено, что увеличение температуры приводит к нелинейному росту адгезии УНТ, выращенных на подслое Ti, и нелинейному уменьшению адгезии УНТ, выращенных на подслое TiN.
