Corrosion-electrochemical properties of Al-Mg-Ce alloy alloyed by cerium

Description
Present article is devoted to corrosion-electrochemical properties of Al-Mg-Ce alloy alloyed by cerium. Therefore, the corrosion-electrochemical properties of Al-Mg-Ce alloy in electrolyte medium were studied by means of potentiodynamic methods. It was defined that cerium alloying decreases corrosion rate to 2-3 times depending on electrolyte concentration.
