Fulfilment of licensing requirements for the plant part mixed oxide processing of the Hanau fuel element fabrication plant. The licensing procedure according to para. 7 Atomic Energy Law is completed for the entire plant. The cost of the procedure as well as of reconstruction and reequipment measures in the course of interior work in the fabrication building, of automation, of the interim storage facility, of transport systems, and the cost of verification of safeguard aspects will amount to about DM 900 million.
