The frequency analysis of low-amplitude delta Scuti stars

Creators

  • 1. Cape Town Univ. (South Africa)

Description

Frequency analyses of the low-amplitude delta Scuti variables HR 4594 and HR 8210 are presented. HR 8210 has a single dominant frequency of 22.9 cycle/day present over a time span of 22 day, while the frequencies present in HR 4594 change on a time-scale as short as 1 day. Low-frequency modulation of the mean light level of both stars is noted. (author)
