Competition of antiferromagnetism and superconductivity in RBa2Cu3O6+x (R = Lu, Tm)

Description
Experimental study was made on antiferromagnetic-superconductor transformation in LuBa2Cu3O6+x monocrystals at continuous increase of current carriers concentration. It is shown that superconducting state competes with three-dimensional magnetic ordering, accompanied by partial dielectrization of the system. 10 refs., 4 figs
