The retrospective estimation of the exposure dose by the dicentric distribution in peripheral blood lymphocytes
Description
Applicability of methods of information discrepancy minimization and dicentric load, based on the analysis of the distribution of the dicentric unstable chromosomes aberrations (and rings) in the peripheral blood lymphocytes, is considered. The first method was proposed by the authors of this article for determination of the lymphocytes distribution by dose under nonuniform irradiation. The direct comparison of the results on restrospective dose evaluations with independent dose measurements by the some people, who suffered in the course of the Chernobyl accident, proved the efficiency of modifications of this and the second method for restrospective dose evaluation. 12 refs., 1 fig., 2 tabs
