Description
Various regimes of gas-liquid flows in tubes have been considered. Integral and local methods of experimental determination of flow regimes are described. Regime charts for vertical and horizontal tubes, permitting to determine the flow structure at assigned parameters, are presented. The function of phase density, steam content, mass rate and mass flow rate are used as parameters, describing two-phase flows in tubes. Peculiarities of flow regimes, characteristic of fuel element clusters of PWR and BWR reactors are discussed
