Description
In a new kind of high-Tc Y0.33Ba0.67Cu2.33O3.67-σ compound the superconducting transition comes into being between 92 and 84 K, the value of Meissner state is 68 vol.%, the change in ESR signal provides a possible proof for superconductivity, the main phase has an orthorhombic symmetry and the SIMS analysis offers quite new and valuable information on the material components.
