The changes of receptor-mediated activation of adenylate cyclase of different age rats myocardium after prolonged irradiation

Description
Low-intensive γ-irradiation leads to decrease of adenylate cyclase (AC) basal activity in juvenile rats. In adult animals, primary increase of non-stimulated activity of enzyme was replaced by decrease. The interchange of increased and decreased sensitivity if myocardial AC to isoproterenol takes place in post-radiation period. The receptor link of AC system of juvenile animals underwent more significant changes
