Description
A study has been done in different services of nuclear medicine ( diagnosis, and therapy) in order to better know the level of atmospheric contamination in the services of nuclear medicine; This study had for aim to contribute to the thought to better adapt the regulatory exigence, particularly, face to ventilation, to the actual practices. In conclusion, it would be advisable that the adjustments required by the regulations take into account the differences between the services of diagnosis and therapy. A reduction in the rate of hourly renewal at the 1/h for the diagnosis services can be proposed. A ventilation in the rooms of therapy would be strongly advisable as well as the establishment of a depression between the rooms and the service corridor. (N.C.)
