A molecular orbital study of bonding in YBa2Cu3O7
Description
Preliminary M.O. calculations have been carried out on CuO clusters in one vertical stack and one horizontal sheet of the YBa2Cu3O7 structure. The results show that oxidation from oxygen, and not copper, is most likely to take place
