Description
After some generalities concerning the concept of modernisation applied to the field of nuclear arsenals, the author proposes in both articles overviews of the positions and actions of the USA, of Russia, of the United Kingdom, of France, of China, of Israel, of India, of Pakistan, of North Korea regarding this modernisation. For each country, the innovation and modernisation trend is indicated and briefly commented, and possible current programmes are evoked, and, should the occasion occurs, some data are provided.
