Generalization of semilocal duality

Description

Semilocal duality is applied to the process a+b+c̄→a+b+c̄, in the double-Regge region. Using the Mueller formalism, this leads to a formula for elastic and quasielastic two-body scattering at large momentum transfers previously proposed by the authors.
