Phase formation in thin-layer to system Be Ti

Description
The purpose of operation is deriving and examination of a new material on the basis of intermetallic, resistant to formation of hydrides and carbides at the increased temperatures. Exemplars with Be Ti coats with a demanded relation of concentrations of components and exemplars with metastables diffusion stratums Bradley's titanium Be Ti are explored and Be2Ti data on stabilization of solid solution Be in β -Ti are obtained at a room temperature and treatment schedules of deriving of intermetallic Be Ti and Be2Ti are certain. Influence of composition of layer structure on process of hydrogenation and process carbidation Ti is revealed.(author)
