Device for multi-parameter measurements

To enhance the rate and accuracy of data handling in multivariable measurements, a device (a detector number coder) has been developed for the simultaneous recording of the apparatus spectra of eight detectors. It consists of two parts, an analogue unit and a control one. All its components occupy two cards, one accomodating the logical unit and the other the analogue one. The logical unit for the most part uses integrated circuits. The analogue unit uses both microcircuits and transistors. The coder can work with an input pulse of either polarity. Results obtained in experimental use of the coder are reported
