Description
The charge conjugation C and the parity P are assumed to generate a finite group without assuming any a priori commutation or anticommutation relation. The group then generated is the dihedral group D/subn/ (n being even) which has two-dimensional irreducible representations. This implies that we could have, in principle, elementary particles with parity and charge-conjugation doublet structure
