Electron-positron pair production in oriented monocrystals: modern relation between theory and experiment

Production of electron-positron pairs by a photon in oriented crystals is considered. Dependences of full probability of pair production on the photon energy are analysed. Data on theoretical analysis are taken from the experimental work, where electron-positron pair production in oriented Ge monocrystals is studied. 2 refs.; 2 figs
