The industrial memory on the very long term: future generations and nuclear dismantling

Description

The author describes how the French law organises the industrial memory of a nuclear site (nuclear basic installation or INB) at each stage of its lifetime, from its creation to its decommissioning decree and even declassification. He indicates the numerous documents which are to be provided during the nuclear exploitation (to get the creation authorisation, after the definitive shutdown and decommissioning) and evokes use and servitude restrictions. Then, he discusses the relationship between memory and dismantling: relationship between law and industrial memory, how the French strategy of dismantling is designed, definition of memory requirements, justification of the litigation regarding memory requirements (example of the Brennilis nuclear plant).
