On the influence of alkali metal- and alkaline earth metal chlorides on the rate on inhibition of cholinesterases by organic phosphorus inhibitors

Influence of LiCl, NaCl, KCl, RbCl, CsCl, MgCl2, CaCl2, CrCl2, BaCl2 on bimolecular constant (K2) of the interaction rate of acetylcholinesterazo (ACE) and butylcholinesterazo (BuCE) with phosphororganic inhibitors was studied. K2 value with increasing of the electrolite concentration for the interaction of ACE and BuCE with charged inhibitor is significantly decreased and significantly increased in case of interaction with neutral inhibitor
