Spectra-kinetic parameters of fast roentgenoluminescence of CsI crystals

Description
Temperature dependences of emission intensity and decay kinetics luminescence bands of CsI crystals under the pulse X-ray excitation are investigated. The temperature independent mechanism of fast defects creation and the possibility for direct recombination of a self-trapped hole and a fast defect with formalism of the exciton-like state are proposed for explaining the time decay kinetics of the luminescence band at 296 nm
