Description
Based on 20 pollution-intensive industries' data in China during 2007-2016, this paper employs two-stage SBM model to evaluate the technology innovation efficiency of Chinese pollution-intensive industries. The results show that: the industry with the efficiency value between 0.6 and 1 in the R&D stage and the commercialization stage only accounts for 30% and 50%. Also, the R&D ability limits the improvement of technology innovation efficiency in pollution-intensive industries. (paper)
