Description
Radiomics uses the imaging features to interpret the genetic information by extracting and analyzing quantitative imaging data. It can demonstrate the overall tumor information in a non-invasive manner. Using a radiomics-based method to explore the correlation between anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) gene rearrangement and imaging features is therefore of some significance for individualized molecular targeted therapy for ALK-rearranged lung cancer. This paper presents the knowledge on targeted therapies for ALK-rearranged lung cancer, and reviews the latest advances in the application of radiomics in the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of ALK-rearranged lung cancer.
