Fine optic table system with five dimension motion
- 1. Academia Sinica, Beijing, BJ (China). Inst. of High Energy Physics
Description
A fine optics table with 5 dimensional motion is built at XAFS experiment station in BSRL. A optics bench is laid on the table along the lines of it is long axis. The bench supports upstream chamber, sample holder, downstream ion chamber and laser aligner. The table is employed to align the detector system with synchrotron light from monochromator on the station each time beam energy in storage ring had been adjusted or operation mode of the storage ring had been changed which resulted in changes of exit height and direction of beam. Location accuracy of movement in direction y and z is 5.0 μm. Location accuracy of rotation round x, y, z axis is 5.0 s
