Description
The Nuclear Power Plant Beznau I owned and operated by the Nordostschweizerische Kraftwerke AG (NOK) is equipped with a NSS-System supplied by Westinghouse. First criticality was reached end of 1969. SFAC, Le Creusot/France manufactured the entire Reactor Vessel out of Type 1,2 MDO7 Steel, about equivalent to SA 508, C1. 2 and SA 533, Gr. B qualities. (author)
