Dynamics of energetic electrons during interval MJM on March 22, 1979 according to Interkosmos-19 and Kosmos-900 data
Description
Data of simultaneous measurements of electrons within 0.04-2 MeV energy range at low heights conducted using Interkosmos-19 and Kosmos-900 satellites during GDAW-6 are considered. Variations of latitudinal dimensions of precipitation area of electrons with Ee=30-50 keV (Kosmos-900) and ER>40 keV (Interkosmos-19) energy and counting rate of electrons with Ee=30-50 keV within maximum of precipitation in the morning sector of the magnetosphere within 06.00-20.00 UT on the 22-nd of March 1979 are given. It is shown, that acceleration of Ee≤0.1 Mev energy electrons within the magnetosphere inner ranges (up to L ∼ 21) occurs at the substorm preliminary phase during intensification of DP-2 current system
