Distribution feature of uranium deposit in the west of Xiangshan volcanic basin

Description

Uranium deposit discovered in Xiangshan uranium ore-field are mainly located in the west of Xiangshan volcanic basin. By studying the distribution feature of uranium deposits, the controlling char actor of fault and lithologic formation interface in the west of the basin, it was believed that uranium mineralization was controlled by fault structures in region and stored in the interface between volcanic formation. Uranium deposits in the west of basin were mainly concentrated near the interface between volcanic formations. (authors)
