Chylous ascites after radiation therapy for ovarian cancer

Description

The three patients presented here were found to have chylous ascites after whole abdomen irradiation for ovarian malignancy, and the possibility of irradiation as an etiologic factor was considered. The physiology of fat absorption is discussed and a rational treatment method presented. (U.S.)
