D(γ,pπ-) reactions
Description
Results of the D(γ,pπ-) reaction for various momentum values of the undetected proton psub(R) (50, 125 and 150MeV/c) are presented. It was necessary to correct the results for an important muon contamination in the pion detector. The quasi-free model gives a good qualitative description of the cross section as a function of the invariant mass of the pion-proton system. But some discrepancies appears for large values of Psub(R) in the angular distribution of the undetected proton. These results cannot be explained by pion single rescattering

On presente ici les resultats de l'etude de la reaction D(γ,pπ-) pour diverses valeurs de l'impulsion de recul du proton non detecte psub(R) (50, 125 and 150MeV/c). Il a fallu apporter aux resultats experimentaux une importante correction due a la contamination en muons dans la detection des pions. Le modele de nucleon quasi-libre donne une description qualitative correcte de la section efficace en fonction de la masse invariante du systeme pion-proton. Cependant la distribution angulaire des protons de recul presente des differences notables avec ce modele qui ne peuvent s'expliquer seulement au moyen d'une rediffusion simple du pionFiles
