Highlights: • When planning for a large scale lung cancer screening program, it is important to evaluate radiologists performance in lung cancer detection. • The radiologists mean Sensitivity was 0.75, Specificity 0.81 and AUC 0.85. • Radiologists in general hospitals perform similar to cancer center radiologists. -- Abstract: To measure the level of radiologists' performance in lung cancer detection, and to explore radiologists' performance in cancer specialised and non-specialised centres.
