Photo-resistive effect in photoelectrochemical cell based on orange azo dye, electrode from n-In P and conductive glass

Description
Photo resistive effect in photoelectrochemical cell of indium phosphide, (n-In P)/orange azo dye/conductive glass is investigated in this article. The molecular formula of orange azo dye (C17H17N5O2) is presented. It is shown that at lighting of this element by light its resistance decrease. The present element can be used in measuring equipment and in optical communication systems.
