The quality requirements and large-sized forging are two key problems of forging for PWR-RPV. The special requirements on material and large-sized forging trend of RPV are introduced briefly. The possible techniques and the main differences existed bettwen China and foreign countries are analyzed. The measures for improving large-sized forging quality are presented
