URSO - its task in the process of the liberalisation of energy market in the Slovak Republic

Creators

  • 1. Urad pre regulaciu sietovych odvetvi SR, 82007 Bratislava 27 (Slovakia)

Description

The process of liberalisation of electricity power and gas market in principle changes the relations and roles of the participants on this market. It requires a controller that regulates the controlled subjects by its decisions and directions, inspects the observance of market rules, regulates the prices and creates the conditions for market stability. The preparation of market opening defines the high requirements not only for legislative, organisational, technical and personal assecuration of market operation but also for revision of existing ones and establishment of new Office decisions. An early information of the skilled public about the prepared changes is important for its realisation. (author)
