Description

Activity of nuclear DNA-polymerase in the liver, lung and spleen tissues of mice subjected to long-term chronic γ-irradiation (1,3 mGy/h) has been investigated. Chronic γ-irradiation with a cumulative dose of 1.7 Gy during 55 days rises DNA polymerase activity in the irradiated tissue nuclei. Analysis of DNA-polymerase activity in the liver nuclei have demonstrated that this increase is connected with activation of DNA-polymerase β
