Japan designs a reprocessing pilot plant for remote maintenance
Description
Conceptual design of Japan's first FBR fuel reprocessing pilot plant is complete. A key feature of the design is the remote maintenance system which is based on the use of highly modularized process equipment and double-armed manipulators. (author)
