Description

Reactor safety standards in the Federal Republic of Germany are high and are constantly developed further. This is why serious and tragic accidents or damage have hitherto been avoided and are to remain excluded also in future. The article provides an overview of protection targets, safety philosophie, licensing, inspection and surveillance in nuclear engineering. It deals with risks, the rating of nuclear facilities, the relevant safety philosophy, and the licensing procedure. (orig.)

Das Sicherheitsniveau der Kerntechnik in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland ist hoch und wird stetig weiterentwickelt. Dadurch konnten grosse und tragische Ungluecksfaelle und Schaeden ausgeschlossen bleiben. Der Beitrag gibt einen Ueberblick ueber Schutzziele, Sicherheitsphilosophie, Genehmigung, Aufsicht und Ueberwachung in der Kerntechnik. Risiko, Auslegung bei kerntechnischen Anlagen, Sicherheitsphilosophie und Genehmigungsverfahren werden dargestellt. (orig.)
