Description

Dynamics of BF3 and HF impurity sorption from gas carrier (helium) flow was studies using a column 3 mm in diameter filled with aluminogel with the grain size of 0.5-0.6 mm. It is shown that sorption of the impurities mentioned in aluminogel beds is described by the N.A. Shilov equation. Parameters of the equation were determined.39 refs., 4 figs
