Psychological attitudes of nuclear industry workers
Description
An investigation was carried out within the frame of occupational medicine on the psychological attitudes of workers in the nuclear industry towards ionizing radiations. Three aspects were considered: awareness of the danger; feeling of safety in the working environment; workers' feelings following incidents or accidents; satisfaction level felt by the workers in the plant

Dans le cadre de la medecine du travail on a effectue une etude portant sur l'attitude psychologique du travailleur de l'energie nucleaire face aux rayonnements ionisants. Pour realiser ce travail 3 themes sont abordes avec les consultants: prise de conscience du danger; impression de securite ressentie par les travailleurs dans leur lieu de travail; impressions laissees a ces travailleurs par les accidents ou incidents survenus; niveau de satisfaction ressenti par le personnel au sein de l'entrepriseAdditional details
