Description
A Monte Carlo model used previously in studying multiparticle production in e+e- annihilation is applied to deep-inelastic electroproduction. The aim is to test the common features of hadron-hadron and lepton-hadron processes by the simple recombination model. With all the parameters fixed by the data on hadron-hadron collisions we get reasonable results for some spectra of inclusive hadron production in deep-inelastic ep scattering. The comparison with data is made at the c.m. energy 4.3 GeV of the γ-p system. The question of baryon production is also discussed
