Description
Innovative technologies, which would be available at near future and with enhanced regulation, in the development of small integral reactor based on the pressurized water reactor were proposed for augmented competitive power. As innovative concept, full passive safety system, multi-unit modular, underground containment, small size reactor vessel, air cooled condenser, boron free operation and in-vessel components are considered. The enhanced regulation for multi-unit modular reactor and the alternation of in-service inspection were discussed conceptually. A development plan for innovative integral reactor with improved safety and the economics was proposed
