Some thoughts arising from Fukushima accident
Description
As a disastrous nuclear accident, the Fukushima accident reveals some problems that should be carefully taken into account. The problems related to future nuclear energy development, such as siting (including periodical observation and careful study the changing and development of the seismic and geological conditions in the coming year after siting at the area near nuclear power plant), reactor life extension, possible cracking of reactor pressure vessel and one site multiple units, are briefly discussed in this paper.
