Study of CaF2:Mn thermoluminescent properties

Description
The CaF2:Mn thermoluminescent material and dosimeter were prepared, their properties including glow curve, dose response and energy response were studied. It was shown that CaF2:Mn material is suitable for measurement of absorbed dose for Si semiconductor devices
