An evaluation of neutron flux spatial distribution in resuco subcritical set through the fundamental and harmonic components

Description
It was studied the importance of harmonics to the thermal flux distribution in subcritical systems, analysing theoretical values of flux and considering the fundamental term plus harmonics, or only the fundamental term. The theoretical distribution of flux is compared with the experimental distribution. Simplified models of subcritical reactor cores were utilized to determine theoretical formulations. (M.C.K.)

Foi estudada a importancia dos harmonicos na distribuicao do fluxo termico nos sistemas subcritico, atraves da analise dos valores teoricos do fluxo levando-se em consideracao o termo fundamental mais os harmonicos, ou apenas o termo fundamental. Esta distribuicao teorica do fluxo e comparada a distribuicao experimental e para a determinacao das formulacoes teoricas foi utilizado modelos simplificados para o nucleo do reator subcritico.
